I am a producer, actress, journalist and photographer born in Puerto Rico. I began my career as a theater actress at 14, and grew into this field eventually becoming also a theater director, producer and dramaturge. At the present moment, I have more than seventeen years of experience in the field of the performing arts.

In an effort to further enrich my theater experience, I decided to explore the journalism field and completed a B.F.A. with a major in Information and Journalism at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. And I completed an M.F.A. in Photography from the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco.

Furthermore, I worked as a researcher and journalist for various local radio stations, the major newspapers in Puerto Rico and online magazines, in the past several years.

I am currently working as a photography professor at undergraduate and graduate level at various universities and I am also collaborating as a production assistant at

In 2012 I founded a Non Profit Organization in Puerto Rico called Enfocarte, Inc., in order to continue developing my professional projects merging the arts with education. Enfocarte has a strong commitment with the community and to educate through every art discipline.
